Lynda Baker, MeetingSolutionsOnline President, 

is a leader in the field of group process consultation and 

values-based meeting facilitation.

Her co-authored chapter on facilitator competencies 

appears in the landmark publication, 

IAF Handbook of Group Facilitation. 

She was invited to teach Facilitation as a Tool for Strategic Leadership at St. Edwards University in the Masters of Science in Leadership and Change program.

With strong competencies in the  Technology of Participation, developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs,

Ms. Baker has earned the designation of 

Certified Professional Facilitator - Master,  

the highest level of certification granted 

by the International Association of Facilitators. 

She is Certified as a Technology of Participation (ToP™) facilitator, is a mentor trainer in ToP™ methodology 

and an assessor for the ToP™ certification program.

As a Certified LUMA Practitioner and Certified LUMA Facilitator Lynda brings a Human-Centered Design lens to every engagement.
